Is there a way to print my header row at the top of each page of a long table of data? Also, how 'editable' is the text in the official header and footer? Can you place functions in the header and footer? Thanks for the help.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Click the file menu
Choose page setup
select the Sheet tab
In the rows to repeat at the top put your header row.

As for your header and footer question.. I do not believe you can do this perhaps someone knows of a way here though. Hope this helps!
