Heirarchical Pull down menus

Does anyone know how to create hierarchical pull down menus in Excel
i.e.
If in Column A, I have a pull down menu of say "Food" & "Drink"
And then in the next column, if "Food" is input in cell A1, I want to restrict the entry in Cell B1 to say "Pies", "Pasta", "Meat"
