Hello I have tricky question.
Is it possible to make data validation on two cells who are dependent one from another ?
In example I have two cells C4 and C7 I want users to be obliged to fill both cells and if one cell is empty to get error warning with data validation if possible.

Well thanks for the video was interesting but this is not I'm looking for.May be I didn't explain my self in correct way.
I made an example of what I need but I stuck on data validation when the formula checks one from another cell.
