Hello-

I am trying to figure out how to reduce the number of printed pages for a 140 Page, 3- column report. The coumns are narrow so I can fit about three sets 3 column data per page. The list is sequential so I would like the data to fill the first page then continue to page two, etc.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
If you don't mind printing both sides of the sheet, set up a macro to print all the odd pages (you may need to enumerate the pages, not just "odd" or "even"), stop, prompt you to pull output and replace (correctly) in the feed bin of the printer, and print all the even pages.

Combine that with the above suggestion, and you might get this down to 1/6th of the previous page count.

Thank You PaddyD,

I have installed the utility. How do I find the feature? What is it called?

Thanks!
