Help Bold Portion of Formula!

How do I bold just the numbers in this formula?


"Current Position in Salary Range is"&TEXT(A18/F18,"###.##%")&" of midpoint"

This is how it should look:
Current Position in Salary Range is 97.6% of midpoint

Formula's cannot bold/italicize/underline only a portion of the results. You can use seperate formulas or format the entire result, but you can't do only a part of it. :(
