help: break this down

Hi all

Can you please help me to break this down:

=1-(SUMIF('Project Resource Plan'!$A$3:$A$119,$B10,'Project Resource Plan'!G$3:G$223)+SUMIF(Completed!$A$2:$A$373,$B10,Completed!BA$2:BA$373))

I assume it is saying "put a 1 here" if....... certain criteria from the 2 sheets is met?

Why are both sheets mentioned twice ?

What IS the criteria!?!

No it is 1-

1) the sum of all items in range g3 to g223 that meet the criteria in b10 for range a3 to a119 (this may give an error as the two ranges should have the same rows ie it should be g3 to g119)

2) the sum of all items in range ba2 to ba373 that meet the criteria in b10 for range a2 to a373
