Help Combine two columns to form name, rename slightly, with character limit?

I have Column A, with 4 digit codes.

Column B has menu items (some with spaces).

I want to write a macro that will

1. Name Cell C1 “New Name”

2. Combine Column A with Column B to form a new name. However, for values in Column B that exceed 10 characters, cut it down to just the first 10 characters. Treat spaces as a character.

3. Add "_XYZ" to the end of the new names.

4. Paste new names to column C.
