Help correctly editing this dynamic array formula needed please

I really need help please to edit this formula:

=IFERROR(TEXTJOIN(", "&CHAR(10),TRUE, SORT(FILTER(talent[Employee],(talent[What]=G$9)*(talent[How]=$D6)*(talent[Department]=$G$3)))),"")

So it counts the total number of employees that meet this criteria, rather than listing the employees by employee number. I've tried and tried and failed to get it to work. I need to be able to apply it a much larger data set so showing each employee number isn't going to work.

Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
How about
Excel Formula:
=ROWS(FILTER(talent[Employee],(talent[What]=G$9)*(talent[How]=$D6)*(talent[Department]=$G$3)))

Sadly not. Will send a file tomorrow to make understanding it easier. I'm not the best at explaining excel.
