help:creat hyperlink in cell contains formula???

the problem is when i make vlookup in cell C7 i get the result but without hyperlink, so i cant send e-mail to the employee when i press the e-mail addrees directly.

i want your help to have a hyperlink for the e-mail address in the result of the vlookup formula.
