I am looking to build an excel data form to be able to gather some data.

A) Type in an address or data for search
B) Information that is saved within the data page and shows up telling you about what you searched for.
--- If the data search brings back no data put "no data found" in the information box.
C) If you information box brings up the "no data found" the add new entry link/box pulls up a separate form to input data to the main data page.

I am wanting this to be accessible from a mobile device, and the data be sent to a separate excel sheet for viewing. I am looking for just the form to pop up when accessing it on the mobile.

THANKS

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
The mobile version of xl does not support VBA, so you would probably need to create an add-in using javascript.
To find out how to do that, have a look here

Not if you want a userform.

If you don't want to use java, then everything would have to be done by formulae and I'm not sure that would be possible.
