Help Creating Pyramid Column Chart

Hello,

I'm trying to recreate a chart used in my company's publications. Is there a way to make a column chart using overlapping triangles in excel? See attached image.

I've done a fair amount of searching and I've mostly found guides on how to create pyramid charts (such as the food pyramid and population pyramids).
