help deleting a formula

I created a macros that sets the value in "majority" of the cells to be the value of the cell above it with Range(cell).value = "= " & cellAboveValue. I did this because I don't know the value the cell will be until maybe 10 records later.

Now I want to convert the formula in each cell with the actual number it is.

ex:
A3.value = "=" & A2
A2.value = "=" & A1
A1.value = 3

Now I want it to be
A3.value = 3
A2.value = 3
A1.value = 3

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
