Help finding a specific birth date on NFL players

Hello all, I have a spreadsheet with the names of NFL draft picks from 2000-2012. What do I do to find a player who was born on i.e. Oct. 10th? The year doesn't matter.

Does the spreadsheet have the birthdate of each player?

Yes. Column F is "month" and column G is "day"

so you should be able to click the column and then hit "filter" in the Data tab of the menu.
you can also select all of the data, and then format it as a table to do multiple filters.
