Help in fixing trailing numbers past the decimal point

Is there a way to only have two numbers past the decimal point in the data without using a formula or typing into each cell?

It's a data export with about 7K rows.

In that case the answer is no. You will either need to change the way the data is output, or change it either manually, with a formula in another cell, or with VBA.
