I do not change anything in workbook.
Why excel need to save every time when we use Cell function ?

I used function Cell() inmy worksheet on yesterday.
I open the same file to see some thing by no any changing. Why excel ask to save every time that I closed.

Excel Facts

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Cell() along with other functions such as Now(), today(), index(), indirect() and several others are considered "volatile" functions and will indeed prompt the user to save the file everytime they try to close it.

Mr. John Walkenbach covers this in his book, "Excel 2003 Formulas" on page 109
