Problem solved with these 2 DAX (credits to "Chihiro" from another forum)

=CALCULATE(MAX([YEARMONTH]),FILTER(Tabla1,[TYPE]="ACTUAL"))

=
VAR LP = [LastPeriod]
RETURN
CALCULATE (
COUNTROWS ( Tabla1 ),
FILTER ( Tabla1, [YEARMONTH] = LP && [TYPE] = "BUDGET" )
