Help me with a formula pleeeeease!

Hello,

This formula is probably dead easy but it's driving me mad!

I have column A which contains numbers, and column B needs to display YES if the number in column A is between 90 and 180, and NO if it's any other value.

I've got the formula for YES if it's over 90, but it's the bit about it also being below 180 which is hounding me.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
