Hi I just want to find out the a particular customer transaction frequency, please help me how I should find out
like customer no 0000145813216846 has done 4 transaction and also want transaction month, like Feb 13, march 14, june 13 and may 13 and accumulated amount of all 4 transaction in a particular column

yes pivot table , but i need to find out the transaction frequency month on each customer. office 2010 window 7 professional i'm using.

counts i can find easily from pivot table ..but i need to find transaction frequency of each customer with month name and accumulated payout amount .....for instance this customer 0000145813216846 has done four transaction since jan 2013 to july2014 , transaction count i can get from pivot table but i'm not able to find the frequency (4 months in jan2013 format ) can anyone help me in this matter ..which formula i should use to find the transactions month or months ..
