I have the following table in my workbook

I need to construct a chart from this data, however - here is my dilemma

The chart I need to create, needs to show the month previous for all the ascending category's

So, from a validation cell, If the user selects September - the graph would also (automatically) show the previous months results on the same chart

Currently the data on the above table is only for 4 months, but this will grow

(There is no data on this document before September)

I am really stumped & would appreciate any help - Unfortunately i'm on a today deadline

Hope this all makes sense

TIA

Mark

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
From the table below

C56 is a validation of Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec

C57 would be ? Index/Index Match/Hlookup? (I honestly dont know)

B57 would mirror C57, but return the month previous from the table posted previous to this 2nd post

I've got a little further, It's just the formula in this table which puzzles me now, do I use Index? Match? Hlookup?

(Results are from my first posted table)

I have no idea
