Help! Need to return last column value in a row - exclude dates and formulas

I've tried everything I can think of or research and can't find out how to do this. I'm trying to return the last column value in a row - Row 3. See below for an example. There are dates that I don't want counted and there is a formula in each column which I don't want counted either. As you can see in column O - it's not pulling the 0.00% in column J like I need.
