I have the following formula in excel 2013 but need to convert it so it works in excel 2003.

{=IFERROR(INDEX(Holidays!B:B,SMALL(IF((INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="h")+(INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="hh"),ROW(Holidays!B:B)),ROWS(A\$36:A36))),"")}

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.

I believe it will be:
=IF(ISERROR(INDEX(Holidays!B:B,SMALL(IF((INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="h")+(INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="hh"),ROW(Holidays!B:B)),ROWS(A\$36:A37)))),"",INDEX(Holidays!B:B,SMALL(IF((INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="h")+(INDEX(Holidays!E:G,0,MATCH(A\$1,Holidays!E\$1:G\$1,FALSE))="hh"),ROW(Holidays!B:B)),ROWS(A\$36:A37))))

This page explains what I did (or at least tried to do):
Excel IFERROR Function

Excel contains over 450 functions, with more added every year. That’s a huge number, so where should you start? Right here with this bundle.
