I would like conditional formatting that prevents me from putting a worker on a morning turn (M) the day after an availability turn (R)

I have a hospital timesheet structured as follows:
- First Raw -> days
- First Column -> duties. Duties can be in the morning, night, evening, or ready for availability. I indicated the type of turn in columns AR and AU as M= morning P= evening N = night R = availability
- Cells -> workers
