Hi,
I am a total beginner at Excel.

I have a hospital timesheet structured as follows:
  • First Raw -> days
  • First Column -> duties. Duties can be in the morning, night, evening, or ready for availability. I indicated the type of turn in columns AR and AU as M= morning P= evening N = night R = availability
  • Cells -> workers

I would like conditional formatting that prevents me from putting a worker on a morning turn (M) the day after an availability turn (R)

Thank you very much !

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Duplicate to: Conditional formula , maybe simple but I am stuck.
