Not sure if Access is the correct format for what I am trying to accomplish.

I have 10 files which need to be updated when new suppliers bi-monthly. Each supplier would be added to 800 cost centers. How can I do this with out having to copy and paste?

Thank you

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi, are you 10 files access databases? Or are you merely thinking that somehow Access could help here?

What kind of files are you trying to update? And what exactly are you doing when you update those files? I guess that would be a good place to start in terms of thinking about solutions. Although mentioning 800 cost centers gives me chills - this could be a large project outside the scope of a forum thread.
