I m new to access, so I need some good material (CODES + Ebooks ) to learn it.
"Especially on writing complex queries."

Hi

If you want to learn more about queries, I recommend reading a book called "Teach Yourself SQL in 10 minutes". This proved very helpful to me. Keep in mind this forum is also very helpful - some of the contributors here are very knowledgeable with SQL. You can learn a lot by looking at suggestions from contributors here and breaking down the solution into understandable chunks.
