Help on Macro ro replace

Hi,

I have a situation where i have a set of values which i need to find and replace in an excel file. The old values and the replaced required are in consecutive cells on the same workbook but in a different sheet.

Ex

Old Value New Value
Cell A2 : Test Cell B2 : Test 1

Is this possible ? any help or guidance would be highly appreciated.
