I would like to use a vlookup to determine the effort scope in column L by referring to the table in columns N,O,P.
For example if total days = 21 the effort score would 5 as it falls between the lo value in column O and the High in Column P.

Hope this makes sense as I’ve been trying for ages.

Many thanks,

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
How about
=INDEX($N$8:$N$17,MATCH(K8,$O$8:$O$17,1))

But what happens if col L is 15?
