help please! Vba userform with skype for business

Hi All, I'm new here, and relatively new to VBA so please bear with me until I find my feet and take my time to understand terminology and practices...

Ok, so I have created a user form which we will be using on touchscreen monitors around our workplace, a few combo boxes and lookups into textboxes from excel worksheets, I have managed to create an on screen numerical keypad using command buttons, I can call data and send data my form into my sheets where I'm calculating downtimes, efficiencies and so on, what I would like help with if possible, I would like to send a message via skype for business to our engineers from the userform by way of command button to save the workers leaving their areas? so....


1, is it actually possible?

and....

2,Can someone tell me how its done please?


any help would be greatly appreciated.
