Help quick VBA

hello again,

i have no VBA so pls be patient....

can anyone tell me why this doesnt work, and what i need to make it work. I want to paste the selected name onto the worksheet tab, i replaced the Name = "blah" with selection.paste (see below) this doesnt work, any ideas?


Range("A3").Select
Selection.Copy
ActiveWindow.SmallScroll Down:=28
Sheets("Template (2)").Select
Sheets("Template (2)").Name = Selection.Paste
Sheets("Totals").Select

Like this:

TheName = Range("A3").Text
Sheets("Template (2)").Name = TheName
