Help regarding historical data in a cell

Hi Friends,

Need help with developing a sheet that captures historical data. I want to capture all values that have been entered in history in a sheet and copy them to another sheet. For e.g. if a user enters 100 in cell A1. It should copy to another sheet. Then the user modifies the value to 200 then another value is entered in the new sheet below the first value entered.
Pls help.
It would be better if macros can be avoided.
