Help required in formula

If have data in Row A with some value I want to fill adjacent cell accordingly

	A	B	C	D	E	F
1	2	10	10
2	2	10	10
3	1	10
4	2	10	10
5	4	10	10	10	10
6	1	10
7	3	10	10	10
8	5	10	10	10	10	10

I think you meant column A.
So in B1 this formula

=IF(COLUMN()-1<=$A1,10,"")

Drag this over as many columns as you need and down as many rows as needed.
