I have this data shown below, I import it from a .csv file into Excel. Each line which begins with the date stamp and ends with "list usage exten XXXXX" is considered the start of a new record and the rows that follow until the next similar line are all part of that one record. **Note this file might be 30000 rows or greater. list usage extnesion all

#VALUE!
Excel 2007[/B]

2) Now with the data like this, I need to look through the file for any record which contains only one row (for example the record on row 159) . I want only to show those records (possibly copy them to another worksheet).

Any guidance/help would would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Kurtis

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Any questions on this? Did I perhaps not explain something correctly?

Should it be posted differently?

Hey, any help is appreciated.

Kurtis
