Help to explain Regression equation

I have complied a regression analysis and the chart has provided me with and equation

y = 5E+06x - 5E+06


can some please explain this and also what simple excel formula will provide me with the Y value if "x" where to equal 4

y = 5E+06x - 5E+06


so the 06 is the power of 10 that the 5 needs

eg (5 with 6 zeros behind it ?)
i.e 5000000

then multiplying this value with 4
then subtracting 5000000

Yes, exactly.

If you right click the equation displayed on the chart you can select Format Trendline Label and display as number instead of in scientific notation.
