i am trying to set up a report for my bussiness. on the report i need to keep track of the number of days without a injury. i would like to add a cell that keeps a running count. example, i have had 10 days without a injury i would like the cell to keep adding the days up as the days go by. i would like it to keep a running count for me. all this will be on one page. thanks

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
