I currently have this in a cell

=IF(ISERROR(StaticQuote(B10,CompFromShort("Last"),"X")),"-",(StaticQuote(B10,CompFromShort("Last"),"X")))

which reference b10, currently if B10 is empty it gives me an error message "InvaidSymbol". I was hoping, with the if(iserror) function to change that to a - until a symbol was entered into b10, but this fomula doesnt do anything, i get the same "invalidsymbol" message..

anyhelp with fixing this? the cell formula is
StaticQuote(B10,CompFromShort("Last"),"X")))
