Help with a Graphic

Hello guys ,
I have been using Excel for different purposes in the past but now I am troubled by a graph I have to do.
I have a table( which is below the picture) and I have to make a model looking like the picture where I have colored bars which must be in the graph one way or another. I imagined it like this but I am open for any other solutions.Please help me do this in Excel or sugest me any way of doing this PLEASE.

What information do you think that Chart gives to the reader? A Chart requires values on the y axis to show relative size, not labels like W1, W2 etc. For your image you might as well just format the cells in your original data.

The answer to your question - I don't know . I am an Intern at a big company and they made me do it . For what purposes I can't tell you. It has been sent from one person to another until it hit me . Thank you for the cell formating idea but they insist for a graphic. I know a chart requires values on the axis , that is why I am so hyped - I think it is impossible to make a graphic like that. That is why I turned to the Pros like you - so is it possible or they just sent me for "green chavier"?

I would ask the powers that be what they really want. I have no idea how one would create a Chart that looks like your image, ie no scaling.
