help with a if formula

i cant get my formula right. i am comparing column a to column b, for example sake we will just say all in row 1. i want the statement, to compare the two number. if there are the same then write "same", if it went up write "up" and down say "down".

work good, i need to ad one more thing to it, i want it to also if a1 is blank then just leave the cell blank with "". how do i add that
