Hello all, thanks for taking the time to look at my problem,

im not to great with excel so please bear with me,

i need to make a round sheet's for my workers to follow and collect the bins from peoples houses, i have a large database with thousands of entrys and i need to pull the infomation up for a crew to go and collect,

i have 19 refuse crews
i have 5 paper recycling crews
i have 6 Multi material recycling crews

all the crews have to collect from roads in the bromley borough

all the infomation needs to be extracted to a round sheet containg the fields

Street Round Day SRL

i have tried a vlookup system, but i just pulld the excat same data in very single row,

what i need to do is pull the infomation that refers to Refuse round 9 (example) and to fill the rows up down the sheet that only refer to round 9
i also need it to extact the day of collection,

so if i wanted to pull up the infomation for Refuse round 9 on a monday i would call up all the rads that Refuse round 9 did on a monday!!

hope thats not to confusing, but i dont know how to insert a picture into this post.

any help would be most greatful[/img]
