is there a code that i can use to take sheet3 and resave it as its own workbook called sheet3new

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You can use the sheet Copy method. If you don't specify a destination then this method creates a new workbook.

E.g.

Code:
Sheet3.Copy
ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs "C:\Sheet3New.xlsx"
