Hi all,

I'm trying to write a macro to do a fairly specific task but I can't figure out how to do it...

a cell in column C will be selected, and I need the macro to insert a row, and use the fill function to copy down the formulas in the row preceding the new one from columns D to J. How would I do this?

I've got it to insert a row, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to copy down the formulas from above!

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Something like this?

Code:
Sub Insert_and_Copy()
Dim row As Long

row = ActiveCell.row

ActiveCell.EntireRow.Insert

Range(Cells(row - 1, 4), Cells(row - 1, 10)).Copy Destination:=Cells(row, 4)

End Sub
