I’ll try my best to explain this the best I can, I really can’t get my head around it.
Col A persons name
Col B Total amount that can be earn’t (315)
Col C number of target (4)
I’ll use this as the default for the example I’m giving, but the target volume and amounts do change they are
4 targets = £315
3 targets = £300
2 targets = £300
1 target = £250
Target 1
Col D sale volume archived (minimum 5)
Col E target 52.71%
Target 2
Col F sales volume (min 8)
Col G target 58.09%
Target 3
Col H sales volume (min 11)
Col I target 44.35%
Target 4
Col J sales volume (min 4)
Col K target 69.67%
Ok
Person A (has 4 targets reviewed) doesn’t hit the minimum sales volume on target 1, that total of £315 then is equally divided between the remaining 3 targets meaning they then have a value of £105 each, the same principle would apply if they didn’t hit the minimum volume on any of the 4 targets, example two not hit then the implant tagets would have a value of 157.50.
Now here’s the spanner in the works of person A hits the minimum sales volume but doesn’t hit the target that would remove whatever the total target value would be at the time.
Person A
Target 1 doesn’t hit the minimum that means the remaining 3 targets are valued at 105.00
Person B
Target 1 doesn’t hit the minimum, hits the minimum value on the remaining 3, however doesn’t hit the target score on target 2 then there total earnt would be 210.00
Effectively if you hit the minimum then the target becomes in play and share whatever the pot stands at.
So if possible I need a calculation that can do this for me, I’m sorry I’m not the greatest at explaining but hopefully you can decode it.
Many thanks
Dan
