Hi,

I have a list of date and I am trying to write a formula that says if the line of data contains a certain word then put a yes the next column.

Is it possible to create a formula that says if A2 contains "Apple", then yes, otherwise no? I can't get this to work in a normal if formula because of the contains part.

Thanks

B2:

=ISNUMBER(SEARCH("Apple",A2))+0

Custom format (Format|Cells) B2 as:

[=0]"";[=1]"Yes"
