Help with conditional formula

Can anyone help me do this. I am close, but just can't get it to work. The formula will go into cell AA.

If H3>0 AND J3>0 AND X3>0, then sum X3-Z3. If that calculation ='s 0 then "". If the calculation >0, then show that result.

=IF(AND(H3>0,J3>0,X3>0),if(Sum(X3:Z3)<=0,"",Sum(X3:Z3))
