Hi There. I need some help in creating a calculated item in a Pivot table. I have a field that indicate product thicknesses in millimeters. I want to create another field that will categorize thickness range as light, medium or heavy so that in the end I can determine the tonnages I have of light material, medium material or heavy material. I tried to use a nested IF statement but get an error that I cannot use a field name multiple times. Please help.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi Dirk, can you post a sample Excel workbook onto some public file sharing site ?
