Hi,

I have a further issue with a range of cells that I need to solve. Currently I have cells B13-Q13 set up with multiple data validation to only accept a whole number between 0-100 and also the letter N. I now also need to ensure that once 10 of these cells have had a number entered in to them that they won't accept an 11th (and so on) entered in to them too.

Is this possible? I hope you can help.

Many thanks

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Maybe:

=AND(COUNT($B$13:$Q$13)<11,OR(B13="n",AND(ISNUMBER(B13),B13>=0,B13<=100)))
