I am using this code in data validation, which works

=(COUNTIF($E$10:$I$10,"Yes")+COUNTIF($E$10:$I$10,"training"))<=3

But I want to make sure the end user is only allowed to enter the words YES or TRAINING as well as the above, how can I do that ?

Hello,

In E10 as DATA VALIDATION enter

=AND(OR(E10="yes",E10="training"),(COUNTIF($E$10:$I$10,"Yes")+COUNTIF($E$10:$I$10,"training"))<=3)

and copy across.
