Help with Date Ranks!

Hello to those reading this.. I hope you can help me. I have this spreadsheet with a huge amount of data and I am trying to rank the "From Date" and the "Thru Dates" so that I can see the newest and the second to the newest on duplicates, triplicates, and quadruplicate data. For example the ones ending in 2039 should be ranked with 1 if its the same date for its duplicate SSN and the one that has 08/31/2020 should have 2 since it has a duplicate with end date 2039 and ranked as 1. I am using this function but I don't see the results I should get. =COUNTIFS($A:$A,A2,$I:$I,">"&I2)+COUNTIFS(A$2:A2,A2,I$2:I2,I2).
If there is an easier way to just plug in one formula to account for the "From Date" as well that would be great! Otherwise I am just doing them separately. Thank you!
