How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
=iferror(AVERAGE(L6:L90), "")

What is the relationship between B4 and L6:L90? If there isn't a relationship, your test that B4 is less than or equal to zero is irrelevant.

=if(iserror(AVERAGE(L6:L90)), "", AVERAGE(L6:L90))
