Help with Formula Please

I need help please
H I J K
100 120 90 Yes (Formula used = =IF(AND(J2>H2,J2<I2),"No","Yes")
100 120 110 No (Formula used = =IF(AND(J2>H2,J2<I2),"No","Yes"))

Basically - if the number in J is between the number in H and I - Put No, if not between H and I - Put Yes.

I need to add that if there is no number entered in J (blank), I would like K to be blank as well.

Can anyone help me with what the corrected formula would be in K for this?
