Can someone assist me with a formula?

Solve for cell E2.
If the BldgCode is “A” and the LocationCode is “CC" then count how many instances of “Model A” are found in column B.

BldgCode data is in column D, LocationCode data is in column C, and “Model A” value can be found anywhere in column B.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
