Hi All. Posted is my license I am using to license some of my employees. In K7 I have to manually do = to what ever are indicated by the hourglass icon in C3 t0 C5. What formula can I use in K7 to automatically = to the text indicated by the hourglass icon next to it?

Is the hourglass symbol a text character ?

In which case maybe a LOOKUP, like this

=lookup(6,E3:E5,C3:C5)

This assumes that the hourglass character is the digit 6 in Wingdings font.

Also, my solution only seems to work if there is ONLY ONE instance of the hourglass in the target area. If there are two or more, it seems to refer to the last one. Don't know if this is a problem for you - maybe not.
